By using CardToad ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms may be updated at any time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

What CardToad Is

CardToad is a free, fan-made, non-commercial reference tool for collectors of Kayou English trading cards. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kayou, Pierrot, Bandai Namco, or any other rights holder. See our About page for the full disclaimer.

User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not create accounts for others or use the site to impersonate anyone.
• We may terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download card data or images via automated means
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to access
• Use the site for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Upload, post, or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the site's code or design

Intellectual Property

CardToad's original code, design, and written content are the property of CardToad. You may not reproduce them without permission.

All card names, characters, and artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders (Kayou, Masashi Kishimoto / Pierrot, Hasbro, Sanrio / Tokidoki, etc.). Card images are displayed for collector reference under fair use principles. If you are a rights holder with a concern, please contact us at hello@cardtoad.com and we will respond promptly.

Market Prices

Any market price data shown on CardToad is sourced from third-party marketplaces and is provided for informational purposes only. Prices may be out of date, incomplete, or inaccurate. CardToad is not responsible for any buying or selling decisions made based on this data.

Availability

CardToad is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantee of uptime or continued operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardToad and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, including loss of data or collection information.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
